Bart Kendall is CEO Middle East for NEBA Private Clients, based in the United Arab Emirates. He is responsible for setting the growth strategy and providing executive leadership across the firm’s Middle East business. He has worked in financial services since 2003 and in wealth management since 2009.
Bart holds Chartered status with both the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (Chartered MCSI) and the Chartered Insurance Institute (Chartered ACII), reflecting a long-standing background in wealth management and financial planning. He is a graduate of Loughborough University.
Under his leadership, NEBA’s Middle East business has focused on organic, adviser-led growth, expanding its adviser base and assets under management while emphasising client protection, compliance infrastructure and long-term strategy over acquisition-led expansion. Bart is active in supporting his team and advisers through periods of regional uncertainty, and often speaks about the importance of financial protection tools such as life insurance, critical illness cover and estate planning for expatriate clients.
