Associate Director
Job Description
An Associate Director must be a seasoned wealth management professional who has a proven ability to build a book and advise high-net worth clients on a broad spectrum of wealth management services.
Qualifications required
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Minimum RQF Level 4 e.g. CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or CISI Investment Advice Diploma or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management preferred
Essential skills and experience
- Wealth management or private banking experience with an ability to understand both adviser and client needs to generate new business opportunities.
- You must approach your business with integrity, client focus and willing to follow the company’s mission statement.
- You must be ethical with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You must be smart, entrepreneurial and driven with a passion to succeed.
- You must be able to work autonomously with the ability to use your own initiative while having a support framework to point you in the right direction.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the success of the business by developing and deploying client acquisition and client appreciation/loyalty strategies
- Monitors and enhances the quality of advice provided by the advisory team
- Responsible for managing the output and performance of the advisory team in line with our business goals and values
- Actively seeks information and understanding of an adviser’s business. Takes responsibility for acquiring information
- Implements and maintains Globaleye systems to ensure that advisers meet our internal processes and adhere to the principles of good regulation
- Ensures that advisers develop the knowledge and skills necessary to write, document and submit business within Globaleye guidelines and to required standards
- Increase income for the business by generating new leads and business opportunities
- Consistently comply with legislative, financial, procedural and quality requirements
- Maintain a proactive and positive working environment, contributing to pulling the team towards shared goals and targets as well as your own
- Stay informed of the latest industry changes and updates, desire to continue self-development
- Report where requested to Senior Management in a timely and effective manner
Wealth Manager

Mortgage Manager
Job Description
As a Mortgage Manager at Globaleye, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients. You will engage with clients on a personal level, encouraging them to talk extensively about what motivates them and how they want their lives to look in years to come.
You will listen more than you speak. You will take the clients feelings, personality and ambitions into account, before you offer your expert advice. You will then provide financial planning with purpose. Every element of our clients’ finances will be designed around their vision for the future, while accommodating their current circumstances and attitude to risk.
You will deliver plans which are easy to understand, ready to action and precisely targeted to grow, manage and preserve our client’s wealth. You will then remain on hand to steer our clients through the years ahead and refine their plans as priorities change.
As a Mortgage Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients. You will engage with clients on a personal level, encouraging them to talk extensively about what motivates them and how they want their lives to look in years to come.
Your duties will include
- Provide high quality and professional Mortgage & Protection advice to a HNW client bank
- Fact-find effectively to establish the client’s current finances and future aspirations.
- Work closely with the firm’s wealth managers to network and build relationships with the clients, while keeping the wealth managers in the loop regarding the progress of the mortgage and protection applications.
- Embrace company values and promote them effectively alongside the brand.
- Maintain good knowledge of the Financial Services industry and knowledge that is deemed necessary
Requirements
- CeMap or relevant mortgage qualifications
- Financial planning or investment qualifications is a bonus
- High customer service skills and client-orientated
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge in your field
- Minimum 5 years+ experience of dealing with High Net Worth clients
